Our Standard Home: R-19 Johns Manville batted wall insulation, R-38 attic, with Bryant Evolution^® gas furnace, which features full control of temperature, humidity, air quality, fan speed, and ventilation.

Our Geo-Hybrid Home: R-23 Johns Manville Spider^® blown wall insulation (which can reduce outside noise by 63 db, as tested), R-60 attic, with ClimateMaster Tranquility 27^® geothermal system, which harnesses stable ground temperatures to maximize interior home comfort.

In addition, we use 2×6 framing members for thicker exterior walls, fully insulate the garage frame, and install insulated garage doors.

This higher standard of construction dramatically reduces both outside noise and temperature variations from room to room, enhancing your family’s comfort. You get more than just a place to live; you find a respite from the world.
